Cold Snap




We had a cold snap this weekend, our first of the season.  Dale actually had to kick on the furnace!  I can't say that I mind too much, though.  It was hard to see all my pretty flowers give in to below freezing temperatures.  To every thing there is a season.   I'm just glad we have four of them.

Saturday, we actually tackled a little bit of Christmas shopping. There was a Peddlar show in town and we went to it for a little while. It was so crowded, though, we didn't stay long. Perhaps I might go back this afternoon.

    It has been a bit chilly here for about a week. Didn't take long for my hubby to turn on the heat...I keep a window open in my sewing room. Got to have fresh air.

    Keep up the Christmas shopping...You will be able to go out in the Ho Ho season and enjoy yourself.
